Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to orders shipped to the United States.

2. Scope

These terms govern sales made on rekovafr.com between the seller and any consumer. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

3. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration.

The Rekova One is a household wellness device, CE marked under the EN 55014 standard. It is not a medical device and we make no therapeutic claims. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, take blood thinners or have a history of vein problems, ask your doctor before use.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. They include shipping and the import duties and taxes for delivery in the United States: nothing more is charged at delivery.

We may change our prices at any time. You pay the price shown when you place your order.

5. Orders

The sale is concluded when you confirm your order after reviewing its details and total price. You receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card or with the other payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured.

7. Delivery

Products ship with tracking to the address you provide. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order is delayed, we let you know by email, and you can cancel free of charge as long as it has not shipped.

8. Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason, or to exchange the size of your Rekova One boots. Return shipping is on us. How to return, the condition of returned products and refund times are set out in our refund policy. You can also cancel your order free of charge until it ships.

9. 2-year limited warranty

The Rekova One is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery. Under this warranty we repair or replace the product, or the defective part, at no cost to you, shipping included. To use it, email contact@rekovafr.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by an accident. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at contact@rekovafr.com so we can find a solution together.

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
