Where we ship

This version of our store ships to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free. Duties and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout: you will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Tracking

Your order ships from our partner warehouse with full tracking. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier if you can, and email us within 7 days at contact@rekovafr.com with photos. We send a replacement at no cost to you.

Delays

If your order is delayed, we let you know by email. You can cancel free of charge as long as it has not shipped.
